You have heard the saying: Everything in Moderation - right? Well, yes. I tend to agree. A good friend once said, even moderation in moderation! What does Balance really mean?
Balance, to me, is a macro awareness of two sanskrit words: Stirra and Sukha. Stirra = strength / stability and Sukha = softness / flexibility. Balance cannot exist if these two are not in balance (or close to it).
I work off of balancing stirra and sukha within the 6 Bodies of Multi Style Health, being 1. Physical 2. Emotional 3. Mental 4. Energetic 5. Intellectual and 6. Spiritual.
With balance comes power. Power cannot exist without the courage to be strong, and also the courage to be soft or vulnerable.
